Silent Directed Retreats offer a daily one-on-one meeting with a spiritual director.

Spiritual direction is a sacred, confidential relationship that offers space to notice and reflect on God’s presence and activity in one’s life. Through attentive listening, prayerful conversation, and gentle questioning, the spiritual director accompanies the directee in discerning the movements of the Holy Spirit, deepening awareness of God’s invitations, and responding more freely and faithfully.

Rooted in trust and reverence for each person’s unique spiritual journey, spiritual direction supports growth in prayer, clarity in discernment, and a deepening relationship with God amid the realities of daily life.
